Job Responsibilities

Payroll Processing

  • Administrated and managed the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, validation, and processing of payroll transactions.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, bonuses, incentives and deductions.
  • Coordinate with related HR subject matter expert and Finance departments to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll statutory regulations.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related payments & reports to regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to relevant parties including fund request, payroll reports, Payslip, Borang EA, Borang E and etc
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Prepare and submit relevant statutory reports and forms in accordance with required timelines.
Employee Support
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees.
  • Provide guidance and support on payroll policies and procedures.
  • Conduct payroll explanation/ training sessions for employees as needed.

Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in payroll management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in payroll regulations.
  • Participate in payroll-related projects and initiatives.

Any other tasks that is assigned from time to time

Job Requirement
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management.

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
