Job Responsibilities
Payroll Processing
- Administrated and managed the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, validation, and processing of payroll transactions.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, bonuses, incentives and deductions.
- Coordinate with related HR subject matter expert and Finance departments to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with all payroll statutory regulations.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related payments & reports to regulatory authorities.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to relevant parties including fund request, payroll reports, Payslip, Borang EA, Borang E and etc
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Prepare and submit relevant statutory reports and forms in accordance with required timelines.
Employee Support
- Address payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees.
- Provide guidance and support on payroll policies and procedures.
- Conduct payroll explanation/ training sessions for employees as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in payroll management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in payroll regulations.
- Participate in payroll-related projects and initiatives.
