The Day-To-Day Activities
- Support and assistance in packing, tracking, monitoring and distribution of POSM Material/Premiums to nationwide sales touch point.
- POSM Request processing (Packing, Delivery, Monitoring and communication on delivery)
- RO/PR/LVPO raising and submission of invoices to finance for payment processing to support all sales channels
- Store Management - Receiving, checking and placement of goods (POSM, Premium, Event Tools etc) received from supplier to warehouse
- To monitor stock level for all POSM, Premiums, and Event tools are always sufficient to support all touch point, Event/Roadshow Team and to alert immediate supervisor if there is stock level is below 50% for replenishment
- Prepare various Report – daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Work with all Sales Channel & Trade Marketing team on POSM / premium distribution and new campaign execution.
- Work closely with vendor on POSM visual, color proof and sample confirmation
