The Day-To-Day Activities
The Senior Executive, Sales & Service, plays a crucial role in driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service at the branch level. Reporting to the Assistant Branch Manager, this position is responsible for managing daily sales activities, addressing customer needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Senior Executive will also support the implementation of sales strategies, provide product and service expertise, and contribute to the overall success of the branch. This role requires working in shifts to ensure continuous coverage during branch operating hours.

About You
1. Sales Performance
• Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and branch sales targets.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to customers.
• Sales Reporting: Assisting Assistant Manager or Branch Manager track and report sales performance metrics
2. Customer Service
• Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues.
• Service Excellence: Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained, leading to positive customer experiences and repeat business.
• Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
3. Product & Service Expertise
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
• Training & Development: Stay updated on new products and services through continuous learning and participation in training programs.
4. Operational Support
• Sales Processes: Ensure that all sales processes, from initial inquiry to transaction completion, are handled efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring product availability for customers.
• Branch Operations: Support the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager in day-to-day branch operations, including staff coordination and task management.
