1. Sales Performance
• Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and branch sales targets.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to customers.
• Sales Reporting: Assisting Assistant Manager or Branch Manager track and report sales performance metrics
2. Customer Service
• Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues.
• Service Excellence: Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained, leading to positive customer experiences and repeat business.
• Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
3. Product & Service Expertise
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
• Training & Development: Stay updated on new products and services through continuous learning and participation in training programs.
4. Operational Support
• Sales Processes: Ensure that all sales processes, from initial inquiry to transaction completion, are handled efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring product availability for customers.
• Branch Operations: Support the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager in day-to-day branch operations, including staff coordination and task management.
