The Day-To-Day Activities
• Brand custodian. You will be the representation of U Mobile’s brand identity: To inspire, guide, design and construct innovative comms to all Malaysians based on our core brand values.
• Marketing and comms lead for all things related to corporate brand comms ideas, creative, key message development & all brand-related activities (to both internal employees and external Malaysians).
• Development of strategic brand plan (includes No.1 5G and Network narrative) to create an ‘always-on’, top-of-mind presence to position U Mobile as an innovative market leader amongst all Malaysians via paid, owned and earned media channels.
• Lead the development & safeguard the brand experience via 360° marketing scope: which includes ATL, BTL, Retail, Social and Digital platforms.
• Lead the conversation & collaborative efforts with all relevant parties, such as internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, external creative & media agencies, and potential like-minded vendors and partners.
• End-to-end responsibility for campaign ideation, budget management and timely delivery of all projects, such as brief templates, approvals, productions, sponsorships/partnerships, festive campaigns, event management, retail experiences, reports, employee engagements, and so forth.
• Reports to the Head of Brand Comms.
