Job Purpose
Spearheading dealer management team and responsible for prepaid and postpaid business of the assigned regions. Involved in operational re-engineering and information system development and deployment to ensure create and build departmental value contributions to U Mobile
Job Responsibilities
• Manage dealers performance by working closely and managing portfolio in the respective areas/regions
• Provide system support to dealers ie network, creation, modification and termination
• Provide trade marketing support ie event, signage, posm & pyramid performance
• Plan, lead, execute and monitor effectiveness of Indirect Channel sales strategy and continue seeking new opportunity to expand UM touch point & pyramid
• Continue deepening dealer’s loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid)
• Ensuring proper training:-
- System : Genuine and accurate activations thru control system & system knowledge
- Product : Full range of products
- How to Sell : Accurate and correct information given
- Incentives / Pyramid : Proper guidance in building loyalty
- POSM : Latest & up to date POSM
• Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence
• Effectively lead, drive, coach and manage team productivity, communication and projects assigned
• Manage inter-departmental requirements and communication in order to meet sales objectives as well as optimizing support resources
• Accountable for dealership management to ensure quality and productive contribution.
• Approval with sound justifications and judgment for dealerships granted in the respective area/regions
