Role


The Day-To-Day Activities
Assist in exploring and implementing automation solutions to improve Customer & Digital Solutions (CDS) processes.
Support the team in managing Customer Requests (CR) efficiently.
Contribute to the enhancement of CDS JIRA Dashboard reports for better tracking and analysis.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Assist in documentation and report preparation for ongoing initiatives.

About You
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum CGPA of 3.2 or equivalent.
Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 months.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in process automation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
