Role


The Day-To-Day Activities

?? U Home Fiber Order Submission

  • Validate customer details (name, IC, address, package).
  • Track orders, follow up on unreachable customers, and request necessary documents (IC/passport).
  • Confirm orders and schedule appointments based on portal availability.
  • Update order trackers for resellers.

?? U Home 5G Order Submission

  • Track consignment number updates.
  • Update order trackers for resellers.
  • Handle reseller inquiries and escalations via email & WhatsApp.

?? On-Site Fulfillment

  • Coordinate installation with the TDC SI team.
  • Work with internal network teams for on-site configuration.

?? Order Activation

  • Upload manual WCF and complete device knock-off.
  • Ensure contract terms and discounts (if applicable) are correctly applied.

About You

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum CGPA: 3.2
  • Duration: At least 3 months
  • Detail-Oriented: Able to verify customer details (name, IC, address, package info) accurately.
  • Organized: Manage multiple orders, track progress, and follow up on issues.
  • Good Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills for handling customers, resellers, and internal teams (via email & WhatsApp).
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with order processing tools (e.g., CPQ), manual WCF uploads, and device knock-off processes.
