Job Responsibilities
Technical Assistant Manager
* Design, develop, and maintain data analytics solutions, including data warehouses, reporting systems, and analytics dashboards, to support business intelligence needs.
* Perform data analysis to extract insights and trends from large datasets and create reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
* Oversee data integration processes, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) operations to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
* Managing metadata for data sources, transformation processes, and data definitions to ensure consistency and accuracy.
* Ability to manage, track, and facilitate the repository of developed report & dashboard for report centralization to avoid duplicate effort on report & dashboard development and lifecycle management
* Ensure that data handling practices comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with senior management to align data analytics initiatives with the organization's strategic objectives.
* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
* Periodic reporting of task/project status and escalation of issues as and when required.
