Role
Supporting operations and maintenance of Probe and IPDR systems, coordinating projects, and managing analytics platforms, such as crowdsourced data. Handles hardware support & coordination, data visualization tasks, change request (CR) processes, and procurement-related documentation and etc.

The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Provide daily operational support for Probe and IPDR systems
  • Monitor system performance and address alerts or issues promptly
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware troubleshooting and replacements
  • Manage and support small-scale IT projects from planning to implementation
  • Analyze and visualize crowdsourced data; develop and maintain dashboards
  • Handle and track Change Requests (CR) for system enhancements or updates
  • Prepare and submit Purchase Requisition (PR) forms and sourcing requests
  • Follow up with vendors and internal procurement for Purchase Order (PO) issuance
  • Manage and support of U Mobile’s Customer Experience Solution to ensure superior service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to escalated trouble tickets (TT) from first-level support, ensuring timely resolution of complex technical issues

About You

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent field
  • 3–5 years of experience in systems support, project coordination, or analytics
  • Familiarity with network probe and IPDR systems is an advantage
  • Experience with hardware diagnostics and vendor coordination
  • Strong knowledge in data visualization tools (e.g., Grafana, Redash)
  • Understanding of procurement processes and documentation workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • AWS Cloud experience is an added advantage
