Role

The Day-To-Day Activities
Perform planning and optimization of fast 5G IBC rollout and achieving 5G+4G KPI meeting network quality target.

• Detail design for 5G IBC site rollout.
• Review and approve Technical Site Survey Report, Preliminary/Final Acceptance.
• Handling RAN parameter, mobility and 4G + 5G traffic balance strategy.
• Responsible for pre and post Optimization for 5G + 4G
• To achieve Team KPI Target
• 5G IBC Deployment achieves Design Criteria
• Manage NFP and APC to achieve committed IBC counted in AIP

About You

• Possess a degree in Telecommunications or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in RF Planning and Optimization for 4G and 5G.
• Strong expertise in resolving network quality issues through effectivenetwork optimization and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in analyzing and interpretingperformance statistics and KPIsfor both4G and 5Gnetworks.
• Skilled in configuring and optimizingradio network parametersfor4G and 5Gtechnologies.
• Experienced inradio network troubleshootingand root cause identification.
• Effective invendor coordinationand issue escalation to ensure timely resolution.
•Collaborative team player with experience working across departments to addressRAN-related issues.
•Hands-on experience withIn-Building Coverage (IBC) design.
