Job Summary

Responsible for leading the design, architecture, and implementation of Enterprise, Security, and Cloud networking solutions to meet business, technical, and operational requirements. Provides end-to-end solutioning across pre-sales, implementation, and operational phases, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and strategic objectives. Drives technical governance, cost optimisation, and long-term technology planning while collaborating with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure network solutions.

The Day-to-Day Activities
  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Enterprise, Security, and Cloud networking solutions.
  • Define and maintain architecture principles, standards, and best practices across Security, Cloud, and Enterprise environments.
  • Assess customer requirements and design end-to-end network topologies aligned with business and technical needs.
  • Review and evaluate vendor-proposed solutions to ensure technical and business alignment.
  • Conduct technical feasibility studies and develop strategic technology roadmaps for Enterprise/Security/Cloud initiatives.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution architecture, BOM preparation, quotations, technical presentations, PoC, and customer clarifications.
  • Participate in RFP and investment proposal activities, including solution design, costing, and management presentations for approval.
  • Prepare and lead Method of Procedure (MOP) for deployments, upgrades, optimisation, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with customers, operations teams, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents.
  • Perform infrastructure performance monitoring, capacity planning, audits, and reporting activities.
  • Prepare project completion and handover documentation.
  • Drive governance, optimisation, and cost management initiatives for Enterprise/Security/Cloud solutions.
  • Develop and maintain architecture blueprints aligned with business strategy and annual operating plans.
  • Coordinate with internal strategy and network teams on long-term technology planning and requirements.

About You
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise, security, or cloud networking environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience in network/security architecture, implementation, and troubleshooting within large-scale infrastructure environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers and complex network infrastructure projects, including CAPEX/OPEX and AOP planning.
  • Strong knowledge of IP networking, routing, switching, SDN, SD-WAN, firewall, proxy, logging, DDoS protection, and related technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with network/security devices such as routers, switches, NG firewalls, load balancers, IDS/IPS, and SD-WAN solutions.
  • Good understanding of enterprise, campus, office, and cloud network design and topology.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols such as LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, MPLS, QoS, IPv6, STP, VRRP, HSRP, OSPF, ISIS, EIGRP, and BGP.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, and ISO 27002.
  • Experience with networking solutions from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Huawei, Aruba, F5, ZTE, and H3C.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an added advantage.
  • Professional certifications from Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Huawei, Aruba, F5, H3C, or equivalent are preferred; TOGAF or enterprise architecture certifications are an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Possess own transportation.
