Role
To increase the corporate subscriber base by extending the products and services of the company to the business community for revenue earning that contributes to the overall company target and also manage and service all direct customers. Assigned to channel partners based on geography, channel or market, the channel manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. The assistant manager is to assist the manager with the team in other sales related activities.
The Day-To-Day Activities
1. To hit the sales target set by management; includes monthly target, EB partner recruitment, sales campaign.
2. To have minimum 5-8 partner visits per week. Ensure sales activities are executed as planned, with partner sales productivity tracked and achieved. This includes sales pipeline review, selling skill, identifying challenges and gap to improve.
3. Provide timely updates to superiors such as sales progress and activities status, besides to submit weekly sales forecasts and reports on time.
4. Always updated with industry trends and competitor movements.
5. To recruit and train new EB partners in assigned territory.
6. To ensure good knowledge of product and sales process, particularly compliance policy is clearly delivered & communicated to EB partners and are adhered to business policy and code of conduct
7. Identify potential SME markets for sales acquisition and initiate business penetration program
8. To assist sales administration task or projects as directed.
