1. Education/ What people Know:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
2. Experience/ What people Have Done:
Proven at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a retail management role, with at least 2-3 years in a fast moving sales and management capacity, preferably in the telecommunication industry and in a managerial role
3. Competencies/ What people Can Do:
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets across multiple locations.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to mentorship sales staff and lead to improve productivity
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sales systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned geographical area
4. Personal Attributes/ Who people Are:
• Methodical with sense of urgency and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of telecom technologies (e.g., mobile networks, broadband) to better assist customers with technical inquiries or issues.
