Job Summary
- As the window and primary point of contact for all planned work activities which include handling, escalation, approval seeking, broadcast, record management, review process and coordination within and external UM.
- Lead and coordinate on matters related to Information Security Management System (ISMS) and/or Business Continuity Planning (BCP) initiatives.
- Liaise and engagement with internal and external parties on matters related to Domestic Roaming in which U Mobile have subscribed.
The Day-to Day Activities
- Coordinate all UMobile planned work requests which includes first level analysis, obtain concurrence, conflict management, approval notification, follow up on cases of deferment/adjustment and reservation.
- Coordinate with external parties OLNO's, IDD partners and Network Facility Providers (NFP) for all planned work activities that may have an impact on UM network or services.
- Attend Change Management review meeting with requestors and implementers to minimise any risk prior to actual planned work.
- Run periodic O&M meeting with Domestic Roaming partner and push for issue closure swiftly as required.
- Work closely with Information Security Management System (ISMS) network audit parties on matters related to ISMS-SIRIM readiness, conduct audits and closure of audit findings.
- Ensure Business Continuity Plan (BCP) related matters are followed up and closed within the required timeline.
- Be on scheduled 24 hours standby to coordinate after office planned work issues (internal & external) and Trouble Ticket (TT) raised due to planned work implementation.
