Job Summary
Oversee and lead managed service vendors and outsourced field teams to ensure peak network performance through efficient maintenance, strict SLA-compliant fault resolution, and proactive stakeholder management.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Supervise and monitor all field activities performed by Managed Service vendors.
- Ensure timely service restoration and fault resolution within SLA targets.
- Lead and manage outsourced field teams to meet contractual requirements
- Execute preventive and corrective site maintenance efficiently.
- Achieve trouble ticket clearance within SLA to maintain network availability and quality.
- Implement site improvements for security, safety, and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate site databases, reports, and documentation.
- Act as liaison with building management, landlords, and government authorities on operational matters.
- Support interdepartmental initiatives, new business ventures, and special projects.
- Provide input and support for OPEX cost-saving initiatives.
- Handle 5G and 4G IBC fault resolution with strong troubleshooting skills.
