Job Summary
Responsible for supporting 4G and 5G radio network planning, optimisation, and performance improvement activities to ensure high-quality customer experience and service reliability. Manages network performance issues including MSQoS complaints, VIP cases, and customer escalations while driving timely resolution and continuous improvement. Works closely with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure optimal network performance and compliance with industry requirements.
The Day-to-Day Activities
Perform 4G and 5G new site planning, RF optimisation, and network performance improvement activities.
Manage and ensure timely response and resolution of MSQoS issues to prevent service degradation and operational impact.
Attend Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) regional meetings and provide updates, resolutions, and follow-up actions related to network matters.
Handle VIP and customer complaints related to network quality and service performance.
Conduct network analysis, troubleshooting, and optimisation to improve radio network performance and customer experience.
Collaborate closely with vendors and internal cross-functional teams for issue escalation, resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
