Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Attraction Specialist to join our team and take the lead in managing end-to-end recruitment for several high-impact business units. You will be a key driver in identifying top talent, developing strong talent pipelines, and supporting recruitment-related projects that elevate our employer brand and hiring effectiveness. This role also involves ownership of recruitment dashboards and participation in external events such as career fairs.
The Day-To-Day Activities
Recruitment Partnering & Delivery
Own and drive end-to-end recruitment processes for:
• Sales roles for Enterprise Division
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Provide market insights and advise stakeholders on hiring trends and challenges.
Reporting & Talent Analytics
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor recruitment performance and pipeline health.
Analyze hiring metrics to guide recruitment strategy and improve hiring efficiency.
Talent Pipelining & Market Mapping
Proactively source and map talent across critical and niche functions.
Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Keep abreast of market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor talent movement.
Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement
Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and university engagements.
Support recruitment marketing initiatives to promote the employer brand across channels.
Projects & Recruitment Innovation
Drive and support recruitment-related projects that enhance candidate experience, hiring quality, and recruiter effectiveness.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and recruitment process improvements.
