Coordinate and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for device launches, manage marketing campaigns and stakeholder partnerships, analyze market and sales performance, support pricing and commercial strategies, and drive continuous improvements to GTM processes and launch effectiveness
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Lead the coordination and execution of Go-To-Market plans for device launches, ensuring business objectives and timelines are met.
- Oversee marketing and promotional activities, including retail campaigns, activations, and channel enablement.
- Manage working relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure effective execution.
- Conduct post-launch reviews to evaluate effectiveness, identify improvements, and apply lessons learned to future launches.
- Assist in develop device ranging and pricing recommendations based on market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights.
- Support the formulation of subsidy and commercial strategies to achieve both competitiveness and profitability.
- Generate insights and provide recommendations by analysing sales performance, market intelligence, and campaign results.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that strengthen GTM processes, governance, and efficiency.
