Role
Assist in managing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. Support team supervision, training, and performance coaching to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency. Oversee cash handling, inventory management, visual merchandising, and administrative reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and accurate transaction processing.
The Day-To-Day Activities
Sales & Performance Support:
• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving sales targets.
• Handle cash management and daily sales reconciliation.
• Drive individual and team sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide feedback to the team to ensure targets are met.
Team Supervision & Development:
• Supervise and train Sales Associates/Agents, ensuring adherence to sales processes and customer service standards.
• Lead the team effectively during assigned shifts.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance and skill sets.
• Assist in the onboarding of new sales associates.
Customer Service & Operations:
• Manage inventory, product displays, and store cleanliness.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure excellent customer service is consistently provided to all customers.
• Oversee visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing store environment.
• Implement company policies and procedures during shifts.
Administrative & Reporting:
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
• Ensure accurate data entry for all sales and customer transactions
