Role
You will support the IT infrastructure and operations function by assisting in compliance, audit preparation and change management activities. This role is intended to provide hands-on learning exposure to IT security governance processes while supporting day-to-day operational needs.

The Day-To-Day Activities
1. IT Security Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining and updating IT Security compliance documentation
2. Change Management Process: Support the IT change management process, including reviewing and tracking change requests, coordinating change meetings and verifying completeness of change documentation.
3. Documentation and Administrative Support: Maintain organised records of compliance reviews, change documents and approval. Assist in preparing presentation materials or summaries for management or audit purposes.
4. Learning and Development: Gain exposure to IT security frameworks, internal controls, and operational security practices. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and on-the-job learning activities.

About You
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and infrastructure concepts.
• Good documentation and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
