Role
Gain hands-on exposure to mobile app product management, customer experience, data-informed decision making, and cross-functional project delivery. The intern will support the MyUMobile App team across day-to-day operations, feature and campaign initiatives, testing, analysis, and digital improvement projects.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Assist in collecting, preparing, cleansing, and transforming data from relevant sources to support reporting, analysis, and business requirements.
- Support the development and maintenance of regular dashboards, reports, and data visualisations, highlighting key trends, performance indicators, and actionable insights.
- Perform basic data analysis and validation to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities that can support product and business decision-making.
- Assist in developing simple scripts and automation to improve data processing, reporting efficiency, and repetitive operational tasks.
- Support the creation and maintenance of basic data models, data structures, and reporting datasets to ensure data is organised, consistent, and usable for analysis.
- Work with product, business, and technical teams to understand data requirements, translate business questions into analysis, and present findings in a clear and practical manner.
- Support ad-hoc analytical tasks and digital projects related to the MyUMobile App and digital customer experience.
