• Plan and deliver 4G and 5G SA core network projects covering SGSN/MME/AMF, GGSN/SGW/PGW, PCEF/GWU/UPF, SPR, Data PCRF/PCF, IMS PCRF, IDNS, EDNS and CG/CHF. This includes capacity planning, physical connectivity and IP routing.
• Configure, test and implement 5G SA network slicing.
• Support consumer and enterprise service requests, including network configuration, service and device testing, and device certification.
• Implement new capacity and features for packet-switched core network projects, including software and hardware upgrades, DRP activities, and integration with external network elements such as RAN and ISD.
• Monitor and forecast network capacity to ensure actual growth remains aligned with plans. Take remedial action for short-term deviations, highlight when planned capacity must be accelerated, and generate current usage profiles and statistics for forecasting.
• Support the troubleshooting of packet-switched services by providing technical guidance, references and recommendations to operations teams.
• Deliver packet-switched core configurations for enterprise projects, including new APN and VRF creation, integration, and end-to-end service testing.
• Create and test PCC packages for consumer and enterprise services, reducing dependency on the Lead PCC Expert.
• Manage software upgrades across packet-switched core nodes to address security findings, resolve defects, and complete remediation arising from VAPT scans.
• Perform device validation and testing for packet-switched use cases and service readiness.
• Drive the containerisation initiative for packet-switched core nodes, including MME, GWC, GWU and CG.
• Configure TAC and LAC for MOCN sites, and drive KPI monitoring and performance reporting.
• Lead and coordinate projects with internal and external parties to ensure delivery within the required timeline.
• Support the expanded packet-switched core network scope across Consumer, Enterprise, MVNO, Enterprise Innovation Platform and ad-hoc MOCN projects.

• You hold a degree in Electrical, Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least seven years of experience in core network planning, particularly in services and solutions involving SGSN/MME/AMF, GGSN/SGW/PGW, PCEF/GWU/UPF, SPR, Data PCRF/PCF, IMS PCRF, IDNS, EDNS and CG/CHF.
• You understand the functions and call flows of these network elements and are familiar with troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, as well as relevant 3GPP and GSMA specifications.
• You have hands-on knowledge of ZTE and Huawei EPC and 5G Core network nodes.
• You can work independently with minimal supervision.
• You demonstrate strong leadership, people-management and communication skills, with the ability to lead internal and external parties and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
