Job Summary
The Team Lead is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to promote the prepaid product / brand’s visibility and presence. This includes researching, planning, implementing, and managing comms/branding strategies to reach target customers. The Brand Manager will work with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies to ensure that all marketing activities are consistent and effective.
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the development and implementation of the comms / brand strategy
2. Monitor market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth
3. Develop product / brand positioning and messaging that differentiates the product / brand in the marketplace
4. Manage the product portfolio by launching new products/services and optimizing existing ones
5. Oversee comms & brand campaigns across all channels (ATL,Digital,BTL etc.)
6. Analyze performance metrics for campaigns to assess effectiveness
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product,sales,corp comms,digital etc.) to ensure campaign standards are met
8. Develop marketing materials such as brochures, videos, website content etc.
