Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical & Sales Recruiter to join our recruiting team. The Technical & Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top talent in both the Technical and Sales departments of our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of technical and sales positions and will be able to identify top talent to match our organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Technical and Sales
• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and facilitate candidate interviews and evaluations
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system
• Negotiate job offers and close candidates
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future recruitment needs
• Work on assigned employer branding projects and tasks to further increase the attractions
