The Day-To-Day Activities

• In charge of Charging & Rating and Billing Systems
• Handle on daily operational tasks/issues/analysis and to ensure vendors met the Operational KPIs
• Manage and follow up closely with vendors to ensure escalated issues are resolved and meet all production KPIs assigned for operations. This includes contractual and ad-hoc KPIs
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and vendors for problem solving
• Ensuring all products deliverables shall be high on quality and erroneous free. This requires working closely to develop acceptance test cases and identifying bugs
• Escalate urgent or recurring operation issues to vendor / management
• Support of operation projects, change requests & system configuration request
• Plan and implement continuous process improvement on daily operations
• Develop more monitoring functions to manage the system's performance
• Develop and implement new monitoring functions to ensure that the convergent system runs with integrity minimizing any subscriber experience issues
• Practise knowledge sharing and continuous learning on new services / products
• Provide regular feedback and activities reports to immediate superior

About You

• Degree in Computer Science/ IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Mandatory of concepts of BSS / OSS
• Knowledge & experience in Telco charging/ rating and billing will be an advantage
• Knowledge & experience in Oracle DB technologies, Linux Operating System will be an advantage
• Knowledge & experience in real-time monitoring tools/platforms(ELK stack, Grafana etc) will be an advantage
• Knowledge in micro-services, dockers, automation tools will be an advantage
• Possess strong analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills
• Must possess good teamwork & working attitude, interpersonal skills, and initiative to explore and learn
