Job Summary
- Identify pivotal vertical accounts and advocate for Enterprise postpaid plans and Digital Enterprise Connectivity Solutions (DECS).
- Engage in strategic business planning by recognizing and cultivating a sales potential pipeline within key verticals (e.g.: banking and insurance sectors) and assess their viability. Promote postpaid lines and enhance offerings through upselling DECS.
- Oversee, mentor, and provide leadership for a team of key account managers.
- Foster a strong working relationship with essential customers and enlist partners/System Integrators for DECS services.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (marketing, legal, finance, network, and ISD) to facilitate the commissioning of DECS projects.
- Establish close liaisons with SI and vendor partners for the execution of DECS projects
Job Responsibilities
- Managing and lead Enterprise Business to higher Sales, Revenue & ARPU, focusing on key vertical accounts (Banking & Insurance)
- Plan strategies & set direction for growth in key accounts.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Finance depts to provide customer requirements and customize product accordingly.
- Partnering with Enterprise solutions partners in promoting DECS services to corporates
- Provide sales guidance, advice, and motivation to key account Managers.
- Mentoring and monitoring staff’s performance /KPI
- Target 20% market share from OLO on these key accounts
- Expansion and capturing key verticals to uplift Enterprise sales/revenue and upsell DECS business.
