Job Summary
Responsible for supporting and executing key HR operations and industrial relations activities within the organization. This role involves ensuring smooth HR operational processes, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and fostering positive employee relations.
The Senior Executive will assist in benefits administration, employee data management, and resolving employee grievances, contributing to a harmonious and efficient workplace.

Job Responsibilities

Industrial Relations

  • Assist in managing any grievances, disputes and disciplinary cases towards a prompt and amicable resolution
  • Support the development and implementation of industrial relations policies and strategies
  • Ensure disciplinary actions taken in compliance with Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
HR Operations
  • Responsible for daily HR operational activities, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within HRIS systems.
  • Support HR process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Administer work permits and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
  • Manage the distribution and administration of employee discount cards. improvements and operational efficiencies.

Others
Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor to support the HR function and organizational objectives.

About You

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related fields
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on industrial relations and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations practices, and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
