5. Business justification to substantiate the role expansion (if applicable):
Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) is a growing payment channel business offering alternative services to U Mobile customers. This headcount is required to manage Partners for Direct Carrier Billing and Content Partners end to end that includes partner + service onboarding until termination, execute attractive targeted campaigns with the rest of the Base Marketing members to entice ARPU. He/she needs to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders including partners, vendors or clients to manage the digital platforms to support the growing business volume and its operations.
