Job Summary
1. Technical Oversight: Ensures technical aspects of projects align with business goals by assessing and implementing technology solutions and guiding both business users and technical teams. Requires knowledge of fintech financial ecosystems, consumer digital services & telecommunications products.
2. Collaboration: Works with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure solution feasibility and successful implementation.
3. Business Understanding: Understands business requirements, prioritizes change requests (CRs) and projects based on their criticality.
4. Delivery Accountability: Manages end-to-end assignment delivery from ideation to ready-for-service (RFS), while maintaining proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Industry Awareness: Stays updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep the team at the forefront of digital design.
6. Team Leadership: Excel in leadership role and provide support to the technology team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
7. Project Management: Manages or support project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
8. Presentation Skills: Possess skills & ability to translate complex information and data into clear and visually engaging slides.
Job Description
1. Responsible for handling & supporting E2E solutioning for CR/Project implementation.
2. Involve and participate in Ideation forum, Requirement clarifications, Solutioning, Testing and Production Support (if required).
3. Able to provide solution recommendation options and analytical skills for the requirement/problem statements.
4. Ensure the smooth operation of the technology implemented in subject matter area and assist in troubleshooting & resolving the technical issues if applicable.
5. Able to take up extra responsibilities when and as needed to support the team.
