The Day-To-Day Activities
Job Summary
1. Technical Oversight: Ensures technical aspects of projects align with business goals by assessing and implementing technology solutions and guiding both business users and technical teams. Requires knowledge of consumer digital services, financial ecosystems, and telecommunications products.
2. UI/UX Expertise: Acts as the UI/UX expert, advising on design, creating user journeys, and prototyping for web and mobile applications.
3. Collaboration: Works with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
4. Business Understanding: Understands business requirements, prioritizes change requests (CRs) and projects based on their criticality.
5. Delivery Accountability: Manages end-to-end assignment delivery from ideation to ready-for-service (RFS), while maintaining proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Industry Awareness: Stays updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep the team at the forefront of digital design.
7. Team Development: Mentors and develops team members, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
8. Project Management: Manages project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
9. Presentation Skills: Possesses strong presentation skills, capable of translating complex information and data into clear and visually engaging slides.
Job Description
1. Responsible for handling E2E solutioning for CR/Project implementation.
2. Responsible for UI/UX implementation and design for user journey (regardless customer/internal user journey) using the relevant tools.
3. Involve and participate in Ideation forum, Requirement clarifications, Solutioning, Testing and Production Support.
4. Able to provide solution recommendation options and analytical skills for the requirement/problem statements.
5. Able to take up extra responsibilities when and as needed to support the team.
