The Day-To-Day Activities
JOB PURPOSE:
Overall job responsibilities include collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to take strategic approach to plan and execute end-to-end employee engagement and manage internal communication. The role includes planning, managing and execution of staff’s rewards and recognition programs, employee engagement program and to support change management. The end-in-mind is to motivate staff and boost employee satisfaction, through driving positive impact and influence towards creation of a vibrant working environment and corporate culture.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Design and deliver Contact Centre employee engagement programs with the objective to continuously drive positive employee experience by creating and maintaining a vibrant working environment. Ensure initiatives are in line with the Contact Centre strategic priorities with focus to improve employee’s satisfaction.
2. Drive initiatives to close gaps on Voice of Employee (VOE), Employee’s Satisfaction (ESAT), or Employee Pulse Survey (EPS), or any other employee satisfaction survey tool) This includes working closely with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on employee engagement programs.
3. Coordinate and drive communication with internal staff, cross functional stakeholders, insourcing vendors, and all other relevant parties to establish needs for employee engagement events, and serve as liaison party to management, Marketing Division, Corporate Service Division, and/or suppliers throughout the end-to-end planning and execution process.
4. Conduct research on resources and suppliers, make site visits, and lead pre-event meetings and lead negotiation when necessary to help management make decisions about event pricing, design and programs.
5. Support change management by creating and releasing effective internal communication strategies and manage employee engagement feedback loop.
6. Take leading role in the following activities:
• Improve the way we communicate, engage and motivate staff
• Develop effective communication channels relevant to employee’s need
• Event management
7. Ensure events and programs are planned and executed within resource and time frame, all relevant stakeholders are well informed and ensure end-to-end deliverables are met.
8. Plan, manage and execute employee engagement programs and events within approved budget and ensure budget report accuracy.
9. Coordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of employee engagement programs and events, and analyse collected data to determine and propose appropriate engagement techniques/initiatives.
SECONDARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Nurture and build relationships with vendors, and other industry contacts to craft and implement creative and logistical aspects of all events.
2. To back up in areas of administrative and facilities management.
3. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
